DHT’s fleet of nine modern, double hull tankers is technically operated by Tanker Management Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of OSG. Tanker Management is responsible for all technical operation and upkeep of the vessels, including crewing, maintenance, repairs, drydockings and insurances. Furthermore, Tanker Management is responsible for ensuring that DHT’s vessels comply with the requirements of charterers and that the vessels at all times are in class with valid certification, and to keep them in the same good order and condition as when delivered, except for ordinary wear and tear. Tanker Management is also responsible for the fleet’s compliance with all government, environmental and other regulations.
